Remuneration:
Tongguan Gold's salary levels are competitive within the industry and for the same positions. When determining employee remuneration, the company adheres to principles such as strategic orientation, position-based salary, competency-based pay, and performance-based adjustments, setting different salary levels and grades for different types of personnel.
The employee remuneration package mainly consists of monthly salary, performance-based salary, allowances, seniority pay, special incentives, and year-end bonuses.
